"WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING... * WINDS... SUSTAINED BREEZY WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH... WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 45 MPH POSSIBLE *.

The tournament will launch Friday Morning.
